How fast can you respond to a commercial sighting?

Do you survey for free?
Yes — site walk-arounds for commercial premises in our service area are free, with no obligation. The output is a written risk report with photos and a costed proposal. Larger heritage / multi-site / specialist surveys may be quoted separately if travel is significant.
What information should I have ready?
Address and brief site description, what species you’ve seen and where, when first noticed, photos if you have them, your audit cycle (BRC / AIB / EHO), and any current contractor. The more you can share up-front, the more useful the survey.
Are you taking on multi-site contracts?
Yes — we hold multi-site retail (40+ stores), automotive (9+ years on a major plant), social housing (multiple HMOs), and FM-partner contracts. Talk to us about how we can fit into your existing supply chain or replace an underperforming incumbent.
Are you accredited?
Yes — BPCA, Safe Contractor, Construction Line, CHAS, IPAF, CSCS and Prompt Basis Register. We’ll provide certificates of insurance, RAMS, COSHH and any FM-partner-specific paperwork on request.
Do you do residential pest control?
IPS is commercial-focused. We do work with social-housing and student-accommodation clients on a portfolio basis (HMOs, schemes, halls of residence) where the contract is held by the landlord or operator. We don’t take individual residential one-off bookings.
